Speaking from a person that has lived in the Dobbins Hill Apartment community since they were built, I wouldn't feel more comfortable living anywhere else! This community is both safe and family-oriented but also friendly and peaceful... What we don't have in amenities, which are still great nonetheless, we make up for with peace of mind... A nice, quiet, quaint place for families with children or without, Dobbins Hill is topnotch in my book!

Dobbins Hill is a great place to live for friends and family. Great transportation to schools and shopping areas. Close to nice restaurants. Apartment is very well kept up!!! Manager is very nice and easy to get along with.
